Basketball Recap: Riverview Gardens Comes Up Short

Riverview Gardens was not able to break out of their rough patch on Wednesday as the team picked up their fourth straight loss. They were three points away from ending the streak, but they lost a 68-65 heartbreaker at the hands of the Jennings Warriors. The Rams were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Warriors apparently hadn't forgotten their defeat the last time these teams played back in March of 2016.

Riverview Gardens' loss dropped their record down to 4-10. As for Jennings, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 3-16.

Coincidentally, the two teams will both be playing Hazelwood East the next time they take the court. Riverview Gardens will head out to face Hazelwood East at 5:30 p.m. on Friday, while Jennings will head out to face them at 5:30 p.m. on February 6th.
