Bellingham was sadly handed a loss on Wednesday, but Colin Sherman did his best to prevent it. Sherman was dynamite, striking out nine batters over 4.1 innings while giving up just two earned (and five unearned) runs off six hits (and only one walk). He has been nothing but reliable on the mound: he hasn't given up more than two walks in five consecutive appearances.
