Highland had already won four in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 10.8 points) and they went ahead and made it five on Friday. They breezed by the West Panthers to the tune of 87-48. That 39 point margin sets a new team best for the Rams this season.

Highland's success was the result of a balanced attack that saw several players step up, but Bodie Dodge led the charge by going 6 for 8 en route to 16 points. Dodge has been hot recently, having also posted two or more steals the last four times he's played. Another player making a difference was Jack Anderton, who went 6 of 8 on his way to 14 points.

Highland was working as a unit and finished the game with 16 assists. They easily outclassed their opponents in that department as West only racked up ten assists.

Despite the loss, West still got an impressive performance from DC Auksitino, who went 7 for 11 en route to 17 points. Phillip Ladua was another key player, putting up 12 points.

Highland is on a roll lately: they've won nine of their last ten matches, which provided a nice bump to their 15-2 record this season. As for West, they are on a seven-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 5-12.

Coincidentally, the two teams will both be playing Olympus the next time they take the court. West will host Olympus at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday, while Highland will head out to face them at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday.
