There's no place like home for Lincoln, who bounced back after a loss on the road last Saturday. They came out on top in a nail-biter against the Westerville Central Warhawks on Friday, sneaking past 41-39. This was a revenge game for the Lions: when they faced off against the Warhawks back in December of 2024, they had to take a 56-47 loss.

Lincoln's victory bumped their record up to 8-10. As for Westerville Central, their defeat dropped their record down to 7-12.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Lincoln and Sandusky will face off at 4:00 p.m. on Saturday without much rest having both just played. Sandusky knows how to get points on the board -- the squad has finished with 55 points or more in their past nine matches -- so hopefully Lincoln likes a good challenge. As for Westerville Central, they will challenge Westerville South at 7:15 p.m. on Tuesday.
