Anderson hadn't done well against Hamilton Southeastern recently (they were 2-7 in their previous nine matchups), but they didn't let the past get in their way on Saturday. The Anderson Indians walked away with a 65-56 victory over the Hamilton Southeastern Royals. Winning may never get old, but the Indians sure are getting used to it with their ninth in a row.

King is on a roll when it comes to points, as he's now scored 17 or more in the last six games he's played. The team also got some help courtesy of Javon Warfield, who earned 13 points and six assists.

Hamilton Southeastern lost despite a true team effort on offense, the best among them being Luke Weemer, who went 6 for 12 en route to 14 points. Braeden Totton was another key player, putting up 11 points.

Anderson pushed their record up to 13-1 with the victory, which was their fourth straight at home. Those victories came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 78.3 points per game. As for Hamilton Southeastern, their defeat ended a three-game streak of away wins and brought them to 8-7.

Anderson will have some time to savor their win since their next game is a little ways off: they'll take on Marion at 7:30 p.m. on January 31st.
