Corcoran saw some tournament action on Friday. They narrowly escaped with a win as the squad sidled past the Cabrillo Conquistadores 2-1. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Panthers.

Jovhan Cortez and Giovanny Mata scored both of Corcoran's goals, bringing their combined season tally to three goals.

Corcoran now has a winning record of 2-1. As for Cabrillo, their loss dropped their record down to 1-3-2.

Corcoran didn't take long to hit the pitch again: they've already played their next game, a 1-1 draw against Mt. Whitney on the 13th. Cabrillo has also already played their next matchup, a 3-2 defeat against Tranquillity on the 13th.
