Volleyball Recap: Tri-Township Comes Up Short

Tri-Township was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their sixth straight defeat dating back to last season. They came up short against the Kouts Mustangs & Fillies, falling 3-0. The Tigers were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Mustangs & Fillies apparently hadn't forgotten their loss the last time these teams played back in April of 2024.

Tri-Township took the loss but they managed to make steady progress, increasing their score in every set they played. The match finished with set scores of 25-10, 25-13, 25-17.

Tri-Township's defeat dropped their record down to 0-5. As for Kouts, their victory bumped their record up to 6-4.

Coming up, Tri-Township will look to defend their home court on Tuesday against South Central at 5:00 p.m. As for Kouts, they will venture away from home to square off against Hebron at 5:00 p.m. on Monday.
