Baseball Recap: Jefferson Comes Up Short

Jefferson was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They fell 5-2 to the Molina Jaguars. If the Patriots were looking for revenge after losing 10-2 to the Jaguars when the teams met back in April of 2024, then they'll just have to keep looking.

Jefferson's defeat dropped their record down to 3-12. As for Molina, they have been performing well recently as they've won three of their last four matches. That's provided a nice bump to their 8-9 record this season.

The teams didn't have to wait long for a rematch: Molina beat Jefferson by a score of 9-0 later that day.
