Soccer Recap: Johnstown-Monroe's Undefeated Season over After Five Games

After flying high against Buckeye Valley on Monday, Johnstown-Monroe came back down to earth. The Johnnies came up short against the Licking Heights Hornets on Wednesday, falling 4-1. The game was a 1-1 toss-up at halftime, but Johnstown-Monroe couldn't quite close it out.

Having lost for the first time this season, Johnstown-Monroe fell to 4-1. As for Licking Heights, the victory keeps them at an undefeated 4-0.

Looking ahead, Johnstown-Monroe will face off against Bishop Ready at 12:00 p.m. on Saturday. As for Licking Heights, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Newark at 7:00 p.m. on Saturday.
