Softball Game Preview: Windsor Warriors vs. Enfield Eagles

Windsor is 0-5 against Enfield since April of 2021 but things could change on Wednesday. The Warriors will be playing in front of their home fans against the Eagles at 6:30 p.m. Windsor has given up an average of 16.6 runs per game this season, but Wednesday's game will give them a chance to turn things around.

Windsor came up short against Tolland on Monday, falling 17-3.

Meanwhile, Enfield had already won 15 in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 7.7 runs) and they went ahead and made it 16 on Monday. They were the clear victors by a 13-1 margin over the Hornets. That's two games straight that the Eagles have won by exactly 12 runs.

Enfield's win bumped their record up to 18-1. As for Windsor, their loss dropped their record down to 3-13.
