Basketball Recap: Canadian Gets the Win

Canadian's game last Friday was a loss, but they didn't let that memory haunt them on Saturday. They walked away with a 46-36 win over the Wister Wildcats. While the Cougars didn't have the best season last year (they finished 10-17), it's starting to look like those struggles are a thing of the past.

Canadian's victory bumped their record up to 5-2. As for Wister, they have been struggling recently as they've lost six of their last seven matches, which put a noticeable dent in their 4-6 record this season.

Canadian wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next contest, a 41-37 loss against Porum on the 16th. Wister and Panama will compete for holiday cheer at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
