Sean Hines Turns in Season-Best Effort

On Friday, Stanton County got the W thanks in part to Sean Hines playing the best football he has all season. Hines rushed for 130 yards and two touchdowns on only 11 carries. His longest rush was for an impressive 57 yards, which helps to explain his lofty yards per carry total.

Arihm Gonzalez Delivers Best Performance of Season

Stanton County's seven-game losing streak dating back to last season is now nothing but a memory thanks in part to Arihm Gonzalez. Gonzalez rushed for 113 yards and a touchdown on only 11 carries, good enough for us to rate the performance as the best he's had all season long. That's the most rushing yards he has posted since back in September of 2023.

Unfortunately for Syracuse, this isn't the first big game they've seen from Gonzalez. Back in September of 2023 (the last time Gonzalez saw the Bulldogs), he rushed for 181 yards and a touchdown.
