Soccer Recap: Springtown Takes a Loss

After soaring to six goals the game before, Springtown was a bit more limited in their matchup on Friday. They fell just short of the Eagle Mountain Knights by a score of 2-1. The contest was a 1-1 toss-up at halftime, but the Porcupines couldn't quite close it out.

Springtown now has a losing record at 3-4-1. As for Eagle Mountain, their win (their first of the season) made their record 1-6-2.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Springtown has already played their next game (against Lake Dallas), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing. Eagle Mountain has also has no score uploaded for their next matchup, this one against Collegiate Academy at TCC Northeast.
