Jasper hadn't done well against Liberal recently (they were 0-5 in their previous five matchups), but they didn't let the past get in their way on Thursday. The Eagles came out on top against the Bulldogs by a score of 6-2. This was payback for the Eagles, who suffered a 5-2 loss the last time these two teams met.

The win made it two in a row for Jasper and bumps their season record up to 13-6. Those victories came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered a grand total of 5 runs in those games.
