The 6-foot-5 guard scored 65 points Monday night as the No. 2-ranked Huskies opened the Rancho Mirage Holiday Invitational with a 131-100 win over Foothill (Henderson, Nev.).
Ball went for 56 and 72 points, respectively, in back-to-back games earlier this season. He averaged over 27 per game as a junior for the undefeated section, state and national champions.
Chino Hills (12-0) has won 47 games in a row. The Huskies are averaging 98 points per game through 12 outings this season.
Following in the footsteps of older brother Lonzo, LiAngelo will play at UCLA next season.

LiAngelo pulls the trigger Tuesday night at Rancho Mirage High School in Southern California. The UCLA-bound senior went for 65 points in a first-round tournament win.
