Fans were treated to a battle of the Panthers on Saturday. Iowa-Grant blew past Kickapoo 10-2. The result was nothing new for Iowa-Grant, who have now won seven contests by eight runs or more so far this season.

The win made it two in a row for Iowa-Grant and bumps their season record up to 13-8. Those victories came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 12.5 runs over those games. As for Kickapoo, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 9-10.

Coming up, Iowa-Grant will take on Mineral Point at 4:30 p.m. on Monday. The Pointers will roll in looking for their ninth straight win, something the Panthers surely won't give up without a fight. As for Kickapoo, they have already played their next game, an 11-7 defeat against Brookwood on the 17th.
