Basketball Recap: Sweetwater Takes a Loss

Sweetwater was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their fourth straight defeat. They fell 36-24 to the Erick Bearcats. Sadly, that's the third time they've come up short against the Bulldogs this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 40-26 two weeks ago.

Sweetwater's loss dropped their record down to 3-13. As for Erick, their win bumped their record up to 7-10.

Sweetwater wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next match, a 37-33 defeat against Taloga on the 25th. Erick has also already played their next game, a 31-22 victory against Geary on the 24th.
