It's playoff time, and Eaton had no trouble coming through when it counted. They came out on top against the Resurrection Christian Cougars by a score of 3-1 on Saturday. The win was familiar territory for the Reds, who have now won five matches in a row.

Madi Smith paced Eaton's offense, picking up 15 kills. Smith got some help from Trinity Salberg and her 23 assists. Finally, Lila Dejager kept Eaton's defense grounded, leading the team with four blocks.

When it comes to explaining why Resurrection Christian lost, don't look at Jada Nordhagen. Despite the final result, she had 11 digs and two assists.

Eaton's victory bumped their record up to 24-4. As for Resurrection Christian, they moved to 26-4 with that loss, which also ended their three-match winning streak.

Eaton didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next matchup, a 3-1 win against Alamosa on the 15th. Resurrection Christian does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
