Volleyball Recap: Wellesley Comes Up Short

Wellesley was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They came up short against the Needham Rockets, falling 3-0. The Raiders were not able to make up for their defeat to the Rockets from their previous meeting back in May of 2024.

Wellesley's loss dropped their record down to 1-8. As for Needham, their victory bumped their record up to 12-3.

Wellesley has already played their next match (against Acton-Boxborough), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing. As for Needham, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next contest, a 3-0 win against Newton North on the 7th.
