There's no place like home for North Gwinnett, who bounced back after a loss on the road on Tuesday. They narrowly escaped with a win as the squad sidled past the Collins Hill Eagles 2-1. For those keeping track at home, that's the closest victory the Bulldogs have posted since August 9th.

It was an exciting match in which no team won back-to-back sets, but at the end of the day North Gwinnett got the one that really mattered. The final score came out to 25-16, 19-25, 15-8.

The win snapped North Gwinnett's losing streak at four games and leaves them with a 4-7 record. As for Collins Hill, they are on an eight-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 2-8.

Coincidentally, North Gwinnett and Collins Hill will both be playing Archer the next time they take the court. The Eagles will head out to face the Tigers at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday, while the Bulldogs will play them later in the day, at 7:00 p.m.
