Softball Recap: St. Henry Takes a Loss

St. Henry lost against Jay County back in April of 2024, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Monday. The Redskins lost 15-1 to the Patriots. The Redskins have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

St. Henry saw four different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Rya Buschur, who went a perfect 1-for-1 with one double.

St. Henry's defeat dropped their record down to 3-6. As for Jay County, the victory keeps they at an undefeated 5-0.

Looking ahead, St. Henry is taking a road trip to take on Minster at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday. The Wildcats will roll in looking for their sixth straight win, something the Redskins surely won't give up without a fight. As for Jay County, they will host Eastbrook at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday. The Patriots' pitchers better be ready for this one: the Panthers have averaged an impressive 10 runs per game this season.
