Soccer Recap: Chilton County Comes Up Short

Chilton County managed to keep up with Marbury until halftime on Friday, but things quickly went downhill from there. The Tigers lost 4-1 to the Bulldogs. Chilton County just can't catch a break and have now endured seven defeats in a row.

Their goal came courtesy of Charleigh Hicks, who's now up to three this season.

Chilton County's loss dropped their record down to 1-17-1. As for Marbury, their win was their eighth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 15-1.

Looking ahead, Chilton County will head out to take on Prattville Christian Academy at 5:30 p.m. on Monday. Chilton County are facing Prattville Christian Academy at the right time seeing as Prattville Christian Academy are stuck on a six-game losing streak. Marbury does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
