A look at 25 more of the best high school football players in the country.

Recruiting expert Tom Lemming gave MaxPreps a look at his latest
rankings for the Class of 2014. See the list below and read Lemming's
comments about each player. Today it's the third quarter of the Top 100,
so check back tomorrow to see the Top 25.My first Top 100 team was
announced in October. Here we are, a half-year later, and I’ve had
sit-down interviews with just about every one of the Top 100
players, and watched all of them on film. I will adjust this list one
more time in June and it will stay that way until the season starts. I
believe in ranking the players more on film and what they accomplish
during the season than how they do at combines.
26. Edward
 Paris, DB, 6-1, 195
Mansfield
Timberview (Arlington, Texas), Committed to LSUIt's
a good year for DB prospects in the state of Texas and ranked as No. 1
is Edward Paris. His junior film has him playing CB but he could wind up
playing either CB or FS in college. Shows great range, instincts, and
most of all production (8 picks).
27. Allen
 Lazard, WR, 6-5, 205
Urbandale
(Iowa), Committed to Iowa StateThe No. 1 prospect
in the state of Iowa, he averaged over 23 yds per catch in 2012, proving
to be a receiver who runs great routes, shows strong hands and
outstanding leaping ability.

28. Davion
 Hall, DB, 6-3, 193
Liberty-Eylau
(Texarkana, Texas), Committed to BaylorHe's not on a
lot of people's radar, but believe me, Davion has what it takes to
become a four-year starter in college. Shows great range, ball skills,
and is just a tremendous all-around player. A great tackler at safety,
he's also a productive punt and kickoff returner.
29.
Damian
 Prince, OL, 6-6, 295
Bishop
McNamara (Forestville, Md.), UncommittedThe No. 1
OL prospect in Maryland and one of the nation's finest. He plays LT in
high school and will play that position in college. He's a very fluid
pass blocker and a strong run blocker.
30. Michiah
 Quick, DB, 6-0, 175
Central
(Fresno, Calif.), UncommittedRight now he ranks as
the state's top WR and CB prospect. Caught 50 passes averaging over 25
yds per catch at WR, and picked off 5 passes and totaled 40 tackles at
CB. Quick is a good name for this outstanding two-way
player.
31. Jalyn
 Holmes, DL, 6-5, 235
Lake
Taylor (Norfolk, Va.), UncommittedStill another top
50 prospect from the Tidewater area this season. On film Holmes got the
job done at both DE and OLB on defense, and TE and WR on offense. Best
suited to be a DE at the next level, he should weigh 270 to 280 in
college. He can bend off the edge and shows explosive moves to the
QB.
32. Jerrod
 Heard, QB, 6-2, 190
Guyer
(Denton, Texas), Committed to TexasI watched Jerrod
in the state championship game last December, a game in which he
completely dominated from start to finish totaling 7 TDs and leading
Guyer to the state championship. Not yet a polished passer, he shows a
live arm and tremendous running skills. If a college shows patience, he
should become an All-American at the next
level.

33. Bo
 Scarbrough, RB, 6-2, 220
Northridge
(Tuscaloosa, Ala.), Committed to AlabamaWhen I went
to interview Bo last October I was looking forward to seeing him play
later that day, however, he was suspended for the game and did not put
together the kind of junior campaign the scouts were expecting. He does
have the size, speed, vision and balance to become a dominating RB if he
 chooses to.
34. Adoree'
 Jackson, DB, 5-9, 170
Serra
 (Gardena, Calif.), UncommittedDuring my three
separate trips to California over the last few months, Adoree’ was
mentioned as an outstanding cover corner by more than one coach. Quick
to the ball, he has good instincts and is a track standout perfectly
suited for the CB position.
35. Malik
 McDowell, DL, 6-6, 285
Loyola
(Detroit), UncommittedMalik listed himself at 6-7
and I believe he's between 6-5 and 6-6, plenty tall enough to dominate
from his DE position. His junior film has him playing DE, DT, and RT
showing good pass rushing skills, the ability to bend off the edge, and
he's athletic enough to quickly re-direct. One of the top two prospects
in the state of Michigan.
36. Mark
 Andrews, WR, 6-6, 220
Desert
 Mountain (Scottsdale, Ariz.), UncommittedHe
certainly ranks as one of the top TE prospects in the country. Although
he played WR as a junior catching 81 passes for 1,494 yds and 21 TDs.
Has the height, strength, and growth potential to become a future No. 1
draft choice at the TE position.

37. Casey
 Tucker, OL, 6-6, 280
Hamilton
 (Chandler, Ariz.), UncommittedThe state of
Arizona's No. 1 OL prospect and certainly one of the country's top five.
Casey is a leader with excellent strength and unusual quickness,
balance, and drive. Shows the tenacity and technique needed to dominate
at the next level.
38. K.C.
 Crosby, LB, 6-2, 230
Bamberg-Ehrhardt
(Bamberg, S.C.), UncommittedOne of the top two
prospects in South Carolina, he dominated at both HB and LB in 2012 but
also played TE and DE. As versatile as they come, he picked off two
passes returning both of them back for scores. He returned a kickoff 85
yards for a TD and is best suited to play LB in
college.
39. Donell
 Stanley, OL, 6-4, 320
Latta
(S.C.), UncommittedRanks with Kevin Crosby as one
of the top two prospects in the state of South Carolina. He's one of the
nation's premier LT prospects and could wind up playing tackle or guard
in college. He's dominating, hard-working, and naturally athletic with
good football instincts.
40. Nifae
 Lealao, DL, 6-6, 285
Capital
 Christian (Sacramento, Calif.), UncommittedOne of
the few defensive linemen I've seen in California this year that did not
exaggerate his height. He's at least 6-5, explosive off the ball,
excellent in pursuit, and has a mean and aggressive attitude the college
 scouts love to see.

41. Ermon
 Lane, ATH, 6-3, 190
Homestead
(Fla.), UncommittedI was impressed with the way
Ermon looked when I visited with him last January. He's a big, physical
looking WR/CB who earned All-Dade County honors for his play at WR,
averaging over 20 yds per catch. He also picked off three passes at
CB.
42. Michael
 Ferns, LB, 6-3, 240
St.
 Clairsville (Ohio), Committed to MichiganBetter
than I expected. I felt my visit to St. Clairsville was well worth it
after interviewing Michael and his father. A dominating FB on offense
and one of the nation's premier ILB's on defense. Earned first team
All-State honors and shows the size, speed, strength, and instincts to
become an instant impact player at
Michigan.
43. Josh
 Malone, WR, 6-3, 188
Station
Camp (Gallatin, Tenn.), UncommittedRanks with Jalen
Hurd as one of the top two prospects in Tennessee. The scouts love his
height, strong hands, leaping ability and surprising speed. He's been
timed in a 10.8 in the 100 meters and high jumped 6'6" in
track.
44. Laurence
 Jones, LB, 6-2, 215
Neville
(Monroe, La.), UncommittedI watched Laurence play
ball in person last October and I understood what all the fuss was
about. Very instinctive, quick to the ball and strong, he has the frame
to weigh 240 in college. Best suited to play ILB at the next
level.

45. Kc
 McDermott, OL, 6-6, 290
Palm
Beach Central (Wellington, Fla.), Committed to
Miami
Kc McDermott, Palm Beach Central
In person Kc already looks like a major college tackle,
and on film he's as versatile as they come, playing LT and OG as a
junior. Strong and aggressive, he's a hard worker who never gives up and
has been blessed with fast hands.
46. Tre'
 Williams, LB, 6-2, 220
St.
Paul's Episcopal (Mobile, Ala.) UncommittedThe No. 1
prospect in South Alabama is like lightning to the ball. A coach on the
field who takes few missteps, but when he does, shows outstanding
recovery speed.
47. K.D.
 Cannon, WR, 6-0, 160
Mt.
 Pleasant (Texas), UncommittedMount Pleasant, Texas
is not on the beaten path, but it was well worth my trip last December
to go see one of the nation's premier WR prospects. Has exceptional body
control, great hands, and a great vertical. He runs precise routes and
caught 106 passes for 1,600 yds and 26 TDs on his way to earning first
team All-State honors.
48. Clifton
 Garrett, LB, 6-2, 220
Plainfield
South (Plainfield, Ill.), UncommittedAll this young
man does is make plays. Solidly built, he has good instincts and
excellent straight ahead speed. A sure tackler, he's a team
leader.
49. Jackson
 Barton, OL, 6-7, 285
Brighton
(Salt Lake City, Utah), Committed to UtahThe No. 1
prospect in the state of Utah is every bit of 6-7, and he excels as a
pass blocker showing quick feet and explosive moves off the ball. Earned
All-State honors for his play at LT.
50. Keller
 Chryst, QB, 6-3, 225
Palo
Alto (Calif.), UncommittedThe No. 1 signal caller
on the west coast shows the arm strength, the poise, and the leadership
skills to become an outstanding pro-style QB, but also has enough foot
quickness to play in any offense.
