It's hard to turn regular season success into postseason wins, a fact Santa Monica can now relate to. They fell 3-1 to the Warren Bears on Wednesday. The Vikings' defeat signaled the end of their four-game winning streak.

Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-23, 25-16, 20-25, 25-14.

Santa Monica's loss dropped their record down to 22-9. As for Warren, their win was their seventh straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 27-6.

Santa Monica does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Warren, they will square off against Orange Lutheran at 6:00 p.m. on Saturday. The Lancers will roll in looking for their fourth straight victory, something the Bears surely won't give up without a fight.
