American Christian Academy never let their opponents score on Tuesday. They were the clear victor by a 17-0 margin over the Bibb County Choctaws. Considering the Patriots' hitters had been struggling lately, the high-scoring outing was a much-needed turnaround.

American Christian Academy moved to 5-10 with that win, which also ended their four-game losing streak. As for Bibb County, their defeat dropped their record down to 6-13.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. American Christian Academy will square off against West Blocton at 4:30 p.m. on Thursday. Bibb County will have a little extra prep time after the loss as they won't be playing again for a while. They'll take on American Christian Academy at 5:00 p.m. on April 1st.
