Basketball Recap: Cedar Park Takes a Loss

Cedar Park's tournament run continued when they took on Everman on Saturday. The Timberwolves took a 54-46 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Bulldogs. That's two games in a row now that the Timberwolves have lost by exactly eight points.

This is the second loss in a row for Cedar Park and nudges their season record down to 7-5. As for Everman, their victory bumped their record up to 11-5.

Looking ahead, Cedar Park will challenge Harker Heights at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Everman, they will face off against Joshua at 6:15 p.m. on Friday. The Owls will roll in looking for their 18th straight win, something the Bulldogs surely won't give up without a fight.
