Cass lost to North Cobb back in December of 2023, but they didn't allow them the same satisfaction on Saturday. The Cass Colonels skirted past the North Cobb Warriors 47-45. The win was nothing new for the Colonels as they're now sitting on three straight.

Cass' victory ended a three-game drought on the road and puts them at 8-11. As for North Cobb, they have been struggling recently as they've lost four of their last five matchups, which put a noticeable dent in their 4-13 record this season.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Cass will venture away from home to face off against Cartersville at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for North Cobb, they will head out on the road to challenge Wheeler at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Wheeler knows how to get points on the board -- the squad has finished with 55 points or more in their past seven games -- so hopefully North Cobb likes a good challenge.
