Warren Township has gone 8-2 against Stevenson recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Wednesday. The Blue Devils will host the Patriots at 4:45 p.m.

Warren Township is probably headed into the match with a chip on their shoulder considering Mundelein just ended the team's seven-game winning streak on Monday. They came up short against the Mustangs, falling 10-3.

Meanwhile, Stevenson had already won 14 in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 8.9 runs) and they went ahead and made it 15 on Monday. They never let the Scouts get on the board and left with a 15-0 victory. The result was nothing new for the Patriots, who have now won 13 games by six runs or more so far this season.

Stevenson got a massive performance out of Aubrey Jepson, who went a perfect 3-for-3 with three runs, two doubles, and one stolen base. That's the most doubles Jepson has posted since back in May of 2024. The team also got some help courtesy of Sara Saiki, who went a perfect 2-for-2 with three RBI, two runs, and one double.

Stevenson always had someone on base and finished the game having posted an OBP of .654. They easily outclassed their opponents in that department as Lake Forest only posted an OBP of .077.

Stevenson pushed their record up to 22-3 with the win, which was their ninth straight at home. Those home victories came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 2.3 runs on average over those games. As for Warren Township, their loss dropped their record down to 16-6.
