Ryle is 8-2 against Scott since April of 2016 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Tuesday. The Raiders will be playing in front of their home fans against the Eagles at 5:30 p.m. Ryle is strutting in with some hitting muscle as they've averaged 6.3 runs per game this season.
