Glenelg Country had already won four in a row and they went ahead and made it five on Tuesday. They came out on top against Catholic by a score of  3-1. For the Dragons, this counts as revenge for the   3-0 victory Catholic walked away with the last time they faced one another  back in September of 2022.
 While Glenelg Country might've won, it sure wasn't easy: Catholic scored at least 21 points in every set they played. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 26-24, 25-22, 17-25,  25-21.
Leading Glenelg Country to victory were  Kennedy Cummins and  En'Dya Durry.  Cummins  had 24  digs and four  assists, while  Durry  had 21 assists and eight  digs. Those  eight  digs gave  Durry a new career-high.
 Glenelg Country  was lethal from the service line and  finished the match with 12  aces. They are 4-1 when  they serve at least ten aces.
Glenelg Country's record now sits at 5-3. As for Catholic, their defeat dropped their record down to 1-3.
 Coming up, Glenelg Country will square off against Smith Jewish Day School at 4:30  p.m.  on Thursday. As for Catholic, they will face off against Bryn Mawr at 5:45  p.m.  on Friday.
