Skiatook waltzed into their contest on Friday with three straight wins... but they left with four. They skirted past the Inola Longhorns 3-1. That's more bragging rights for the Bulldogs, who also won the pair's last head-to-head.

Skiatook's win was their fourth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 14-9. Those home victories came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 10.8 runs over those games. As for Inola, their defeat ended a nine-game streak of away wins dating back to last season and brought them to 12-6.

Looking ahead, Skiatook is taking a road trip to take on Mannford at 5:00 p.m. on Monday. The Bulldogs are facing the Pirates at the right time seeing as the Pirates are stuck on an 11-game losing streak. As for Inola, they will host Nathan Hale at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday.
