Horseheads extended their postseason success on Friday against Webster Thomas. They sure made it a nail-biter, but they managed to escape with a 2-0 win over the Titans. The victory was nothing new for the Blue Raiders as they're now sitting on three straight.

Horseheads' win bumped their record up to 17-1. As for Webster Thomas, their loss ended a nine-game streak of wins at home and dropped them to 19-6.

Looking ahead, Horseheads will challenge Fox Lane at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday. The Foxes' pitching crew has only allowed 3.4 runs per game this season, so the Blue Raiders' hitters will have their work cut out for them. Webster Thomas does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
