Basketball Recap: Olympic Takes a Loss

Olympic was the 36-34 winner over Port Angeles when they last played one another back in December of 2024, but their luck changed this time around. The Olympic Trojans took a 39-28 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Port Angeles Roughriders on Friday. The Trojans' loss continues a trend for the team, making it four in a row.

Olympic's defeat dropped their record down to 6-11. As for Port Angeles, they have been performing well recently as they've won five of their last six contests, which provided a massive bump to their 9-8 record this season.

Olympic will be playing at home against Sequim at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Olympic is facing Sequim at the right time seeing as Sequim is stuck on a three-game losing streak. As for Port Angeles, they will head out on the road to take on North Kitsap at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. North Kitsap will roll in looking for their fourth straight win, something Port Angeles surely won't give up without a fight.
