Football Recap: Basic Comes Up Short + How To Watch

Basic came into this matchup off a tough 42-point loss last Friday. This time they kept things ultra-competitive, but unfortunately the final result was the same. They fell just short of the Desert Oasis Diamondbacks by a score of 22-20 on Friday. The Wolves just can't catch a break and have now endured seven defeats in a row.

Despite the loss, Basic still got an impressive performance from Jayveon Rose, who threw for 267 yards and a pair of touchdowns. Dallas Kasperek got in on the action too, returning a kick for a touchdown.

Basic's loss dropped their record down to 2-8. As for Desert Oasis, they now have a winning record of 5-4.
