Softball Recap: Taylorville Tornadoes vs. Effingham Hearts

Taylorville had lost five straight at home, but on Thursday they dropped their record down to 2-16 to make it six. They came up short against the Effingham Hearts, falling 20-0. The result was an unpleasant reminder to the Tornadoes of the 13-1 loss they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in May of 2024.
