Volleyball Recap: Edgeley/Kulm/Montpelier Comes Up Short

The Edgeley/Kulm/Montpelier Rangers came up short against the Valley City Hi-Liners on Saturday and fell 2-0.

Kalyn Klusmann paced Edgeley/Kulm/Montpelier's offense, picking up five kills. Klusmann got some help from Mazie Tjernlund and her 15 assists. Kailey VanEnk controlled things from the service line, finishing with two aces.

Edgeley/Kulm/Montpelier's defeat dropped their record down to 6-2. As for Valley City, their victory bumped their record up to 2-0.

Edgeley/Kulm/Montpelier didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next matchup, a 1-1 tie against Wyndmere/Lidgerwood on the 13th. As for Valley City, they will square off against Wahpeton at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
