Softball Preview: Dickinson Gators vs. Deer Park Deer

Dickinson is 0-6 against Deer Park since February of 2021 but things could change on Thursday. The Gators will head out on the road to square off against the Deer at 6:30 p.m. Both come into the match bolstered by wins in their previous matches.

Having struggled with three losses in a row, Dickinson turned things around against Clear Falls on Tuesday. They walked away with a 6-1 victory over the Knights.

Bailey Barber was a major factor no matter where she played. She looked comfortable on the mound, striking out 13 batters over seven innings while giving up just one earned run off two hits. Barber was also big at the plate, going 2-for-3 with three RBI and one double.
