Camdenton entered their tilt with Osage on Thursday with four consecutive wins but they'll enter their next game with five. They put the hurt on the Indians with a sharp  3-0 win. The Lakers not only won  on Thursday, but they posted their biggest win  since September 10th (when they won  3-0).
 While Camdenton won a shutout, things came down to the wire in the  second set they played. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-18, 27-25,  25-17.
 Madison Sykora paced Camdenton's offense, picking up 13 kills. Sykora got some help from  Bella Asante and her 33 assists. Asante was also solid from the service line:  she led the team with three aces.
Camdenton's victory bumped their record up to 14-3-3. As for Osage, their defeat  ended  a  five-match streak of wins at home  dating back to last season and  dropped them to 9-2.
 Looking ahead, Camdenton will head out on the road to  challenge  Jefferson City  at 5:00  p.m.  on Tuesday. As for Osage, they didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next  contest,  a  1-1  draw against Lafayette County on the 27th.
