Volleyball Recap: Northview Takes a Loss

Northview was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their third straight defeat. They were a single set away from ending the streak, but they lost a 2-1 heartbreaker at the hands of the Grosse Pointe South Blue Devils.

Northview now has a losing record of 8-9. As for Grosse Pointe South, they have been performing well recently as they've won four of their last five games. That's provided a massive bump to their 7-6-1 record this season.

Northview didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 2-0 loss against North Branch on the 20th. As for Grosse Pointe South, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next matchup, a 2-0 defeat against Jenison on the 20th.
