Softball Game Preview: Oak Harbor Rockets vs. Galion Tigers

The Oak Harbor Rockets will challenge the Galion Tigers at 4:00 p.m. on Wednesday. Oak Harbor is strutting in with some hitting muscle as they've averaged 9.1 runs per game this season.

Monday just wasn't the day for Oak Harbor's offense. They lost 7-0 to Anthony Wayne on Monday. The Rockets' defeat signaled the end of their five-game winning streak.

Meanwhile, winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Galion). Everything went their way against Marion Harding on Saturday as they made off with a 15-6 win. The victory continues a trend for the Tigers in their matchups with the Presidents: they've now won three in a row.

Galion's win bumped their record up to 10-15. As for Oak Harbor, their loss dropped their record down to 20-6.
