Conneaut's game last Friday was a loss, but they didn't let that memory haunt them on Friday. They came out on top against the Lutheran West Longhorns by a score of 31-21. The Spartans' offense stepped up their game for this one, as that was the most points they've scored all season.

Conneaut's victory bumped their record up to 2-3. As for Lutheran West, they are on an eight-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-5.
