There's no place like home for Bellaire, who bounced back after a loss on the road on Friday. They put the hurt on the Johannesburg-Lewiston Cardinals with a sharp 10-3 victory on Monday. The Eagles might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won four matchups by seven runs or more this season.

Colin Bearup was a major factor no matter where he played. He looked comfortable on the mound, striking out 11 batters over 5.2 innings while giving up three earned runs off three hits. He has been nothing but reliable: he hasn't tossed less than eight strikeouts in four consecutive appearances. He was also big at the plate, going 2-for-4 with three RBI, one stolen base, and one run.

In other batting news, the team relied heavily on Dawson Dewey, who got on base in three of his four plate appearances with two stolen bases, three runs, and two RBI.
