Basketball Recap: Eagle Grove Comes Up Short

Eagle Grove lost against North Union back in January and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The Eagle Grove Eagles took a 60-55 hit to the loss column at the hands of the North Union Warriors.

Eagle Grove has been struggling recently as they've lost four of their last five contests, which put a noticeable dent in their 8-13 record this season. As for North Union, they have been performing well recently as they've won three of their last four matchups, which provided a massive bump to their 8-11-1 record this season.

Eagle Grove will host North Iowa at 7:45 p.m. on Friday. As for North Union, they will head out to face off against Garner-Hayfield/Ventura at 7:45 p.m. on Friday.
