After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Nelson, Sandy was happy to have turned things around on Monday. Everything went their way against the Franklin Quakers as they made off with a 3-0 win. The victory continues a trend for the Pioneers in their matchups with the Quakers: they've now won four in a row.

Sandy's win bumped their record up to 16-6. As for Franklin, they have been struggling recently as they've lost three of their last four contests. That's put a noticeable dent in their 10-11 record this season.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming matchups. Sandy will head out to square off against Gresham at 6:30 p.m. on Wednesday. As for Franklin, they will venture away from home to challenge Benson Tech at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday.
