Baseball Recap: Riverview Comes Up Short

Tuesday just wasn't the day for Riverview's offense. They fell 4-0 to the Our Lady of the Sacred Heart Chargers on Tuesday. That's two games in a row now that the Raiders have lost by exactly four runs.

Riverview saw three different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Rex Roberts, who went 2-for-3 with one stolen base.

This is the second loss in a row for Riverview and nudges their season record down to 13-4-1. As for Our Lady of the Sacred Heart, they have been performing well recently as they've won ten of their last 12 matches. That's provided a nice bump to their 12-6 record this season.

While Riverview had to take the loss, they won't have to wait long to give it another shot: the pair's next game is a rematch scheduled at 6:30 p.m. on Wednesday.
