Soccer Recap: Highland Starts Season with Defeat on the Road + How To Watch

Highland had to hit the road for their first game and it wasn't the result they were hoping for. They took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Stockdale Mustangs on Friday. One reason for the loss might be Highland's aggressive play style: Daniel Murillo and Jayson Flores were both handed yellow cards.

The win got Stockdale back to even at 1-1.

Highland and Stockdale will both get a bit of extra prep time before their next matches. The next time the Scots see the pitch they'll take on Frazier Mountain at 10:30 a.m. on December 5. As for Stockdale, their break will end when they face Sunnyside at 5:00 p.m. on December 8.
