Basketball Recap: Andrew Jackson Snaps Six-Game Streak of Wins at Home

Andrew Jackson has been a dominant force so far, but they're in the middle of a mini-slump at the moment. They took a 51-44 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Beachside Barracudas on Saturday. If the Tigers were looking for revenge after losing 62-44 to them when the teams met, then they'll just have to keep looking.

Beachside's win was the result of several impressive offensive performances. One of the most notable came from Morgan Cremen, who went 7 for 13 on her way to 18 points along with five assists and four steals. Cremen is on a roll when it comes to steals, as she's now grabbed three or more in the last 15 games she's played. Ellie Ament was another key player, putting up eight points and nine rebounds.

Andrew Jackson's loss ended a six-game streak of wins at home and dropped them to 14-8. As for Beachside, the win got them back to even at 9-9.
