Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Lausanne Collegiate). They strolled past the Collierville Dragons with points to spare on Thursday, taking the game 49-35. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Lynx.
Lausanne Collegiate had a senior duo take command as Tj Jenkins threw for 356 yards and five touchdowns while completing 76.5% of his passes and Jawell Rodgers picked up 253 receiving yards and four scores. Rodgers' longest reception was for an incredible 78 yards. Lausanne Collegiate also got a significant boost from Marterius Boyd, who ran away from the competition to the tune of 92 yards.

When it comes to explaining why Collierville lost, don't look at Brayden Sanitbanez. Despite the final result, he threw for 269 yards and a pair of TDs while completing 75% of his passes, and also rushed for 49 yards and one score. The win got Lausanne Collegiate back to even at 3-3. As for Collierville, the loss snapped their winning streak at three games and leaves them with a 5-3 record.
