It's playoff time, and Archbishop Williams had no trouble coming through when it counted. They walked away with a 3-1 victory over the Silver Lake Regional Lakers on Thursday. The win was nothing new for the Bishops as they're now sitting on five straight.

Archbishop Williams found their leader in sophomore Mia Cartullo, who had 12 digs and two aces. Cartullo has been hot recently, having posted 12 or more digs the last four times she's played.

Archbishop Williams was lethal from the service line and finished the match with 14 aces. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now served at least six aces in six consecutive matches.

Archbishop Williams' victory bumped their record up to 13-7. As for Silver Lake Regional, they have been struggling recently as they've lost four of their last five matchups. That's put a noticeable dent in their 8-13 record this season.

Archbishop Williams will head out to face off against Oliver Ames at 12:00 p.m. on Sunday. Silver Lake Regional does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
