Harbor posted their closest victory since May 9, 2025 on Saturday. They had just enough and edged out the Archbishop Mitty Monarchs 2-1. This was payback for the Pirates, who suffered a 2-0 defeat the last time these two teams met.

The match was a true back-and-forth as no team won consecutive sets, but in the end it was Harbor who won the one that mattered. The match finished with set scores of 25-19, 20-25, 15-9.

The win made it two in a row for Harbor and bumps their season record up to 6-1. As for Archbishop Mitty, their loss dropped their record down to 1-1.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming contests. Harbor will face off against Monterey at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Archbishop Mitty, they will square off against Branham at 6:45 p.m. on Tuesday.
